[Get ready to have your brain asplode, Reid.]

Name: Hope Estheim
Sex: 27
Gender: M
Age: M

How long you've been here: Collectively, almost two years. This is my third visit, and I arrived about two months ago, in July.

Brief description of your world:
I'm unfamiliar with your definition of standard, but what's standard for my world, Gran Pulse, is some of the things you have described. There are dragon-like monsters if you know where to look, and some humans are capable of magic, though those reports have been far and wide. Other non-human creatures include chocobos which are large flightless birds that can be used as either work animals or kept as pets, flan types, behemoths and bombs, the last three of which are some of the dangerous ones.

The capital city is called Academia and was built by the Academy, which used to be an expedition team before moving onto other scientific pursuits.
[And becoming the new "government" with Hope as its supreme leader but he's not about to reveal that to anyone unless he trusts them.] Gran Pulse is a dangerous wilderness most of the time due to the monsters and density of flora, but Academia and the surrounding lands tend to be free of them.

The main modes of transportation are vehicles, though some prefer chocobos for off-road travel, as they'd been used for hundreds of years for that very purpose.

Brief description of your life:
I work as an engineer, researcher and scientist for the Academy, and am based in Academia. I have been with them since graduation.
[Straight and to the point, because he doesn't want to reveal too much.]

Circumstances surrounding your abduction/Your history here:
As I said above, I have been sent back and forth between my world and this a few times. The first time was when I was 14 years old and traveling through the city while dodging monster attacks, as there had been a large outbreak of them. I stayed for almost 7 months.

The second time had been shortly after the first, no more than two or three days in my world, and the attacks had stopped. However, by this world's calendar, it had been a month at least. That time, I stayed for 6 months.

As you can tell, it has been over 10 years for me since my last visit, but for my friends here in Johto, that time was just a year and a few months. Before I left my world, I'd been waiting for friends to arrive at the unveiling of a new technology by the Academy.

I don't remember every detail, but that's mostly due to being away for so long, and having so missed so many changes in Johto. For example, there had been no news of Kanto back then, and fewer known species of Pokémon.

However, depending on who you ask, I had been here once between the second and third times, still as a teenager. However, I remembered nothing of my past here, and I certainly don't remember visiting that time.

Others from your world: Have you met anyone else from your world?
Lightning. Female, early 20's, about 5'7" in height, military background. I would add more, though I'm sure she wouldn't be pleased should I talk far too much about her without consulting her first.

Circumstances around arrivals from other people from your world:
She arrived a few months after my first.

Circumstances around disappearances by other people from your world:
A man named Snow had been here before me, though he'd disappeared. Others came after Lightning, but they are obviously all gone now. What is similar with their disappearances is this: It had been radio silence on their end for months until their IDs completely disappeared off the network. Serah had been around though, and we were traveling together until her disappearance, making her the exception.

Frequency of 'replacements':
Snow came back once but remembered. I'd heard that Fang came back during the year and a half that I was away, though I don't know any more details than that. Again, she'd been silent until a month ago, when her number disappeared. I don't have enough information on this though, but arrivals from my world are rare.
