1st Genius α Video/Action for New Bark Ω
[It takes him a bit to figure out how the hell to start the feed. When he finally does, all PokéConnect is treated to the sight of a deceptively calm man dressed in purple pants and a white shirt tied with a gray obi, the traditional psychic’s outfit. An Absol keeps pacing behind him, as if expecting him to fall over at any moment and preparing itself to catch him. Honestly, that’s because it is, since its new Trainer has had a massive panic attack that caused him to pass out once already, and Absol can sense that there will be more to come. This is going to be a long partnership.]
Morgan, if this is a prank, alright. You got me. You win the war.
[The man holds up his hands in defeat, still unnaturally calm.]
I don’t know how you did it, but you can stop now. I get it. You can make the Pokémon go away. Once again, I have no idea how you did it…
[His throat gets tight. He struggles to keep his breathing even.
Please, Morgan. Please oh please make this stop.]
But you can stop it now. I have a lot of work to do, and giving me strange clothes, asking a woman to pretend to be my mother, and trying to make me doubt my own sanity is not helping.
[Please let this be a prank. Please say he’s not completely insane.]
And you can turn off the music while you're at it.

Is it fair to say that they travel together along Route 29?
Sure, if you'd like! \o/
But you can see me, and see these things. [She gestures to Yang and her sableye.] And you can feel the grass and the wind, and you can feel him leaning against you, right? It might be better to just go along with it until you find a better reason, or a way out of here.
[A pause and Mio adds] That's all I can think to do, anyway. And it's not like we can just sit here forever.
Then it's official :3
...Yeah, I can feel him against me. [He hesitates, then tentatively touches Yang's head, running his fingers through the Pokemon's fur. He can feel the heat of a living creature. He can feel the fibers of its fur, a coarse overcoat with a soft undercoat. He can feel Yang's muscles shift with every breath, expanding and contracting over and over.
He finally looks back at her, removing his hand from the Pokemon.] We should go down Route 29. Someone mentioned it to me, and apparently, it's the only way out of here. But first, we need something to hold and boil water with--we'll get sick otherwise.
awww yeeahh. most awkward and cutest of travelers.
There's a small jolt of surprise-- 'we'? She assumed that meant her and him and hesitated. On one hand she didn't really know this guy very well, but then again she didn't know anyone here. And she'd heard traveling alone wasn't really advised...
In the end, what harm could it do? It was either travel with someone else and be a little safer, or risk it on her own; and she was extremely reluctant to be left alone right now.]
I'd heard that too-- there's another town near by too. I'm sure there's more information there. [As for where to find something for water... She bites her lip thoughtfully]
Like a pot? I'm sure one of the families here might sell me one... Do you want me to try? [She's already getting ready to stand up and run off again anyhow]
Team Woobie forever
Why don't you try to find a pot, and I'll try to find someone with flint? [He pushes himself up to his feet, forcing himself to think clearly.] We can meet back here if we find what we need.
no subject
Come on, Yami. I can't just leave you here, I guess... [With a little wave to Reid, Mio turns and hurries away, eager to begin her task. The sooner they find the items, the sooner they can start on their journey, wherever it takes them.
She returns a little less than half an hour later, a small pot held in her arms. If she wiggles some things around she can probably fit in her backpack... Yami walks behind her, clinging to her skirt as if he's concerned about losing her]
