Text Survey for the People of Route
This is a survey meant to gather data on who comes to this place, where they come from, and under what circumstances do they come and go. Due to the fact that the answers to these questions could stray into personal territory, the code for a private filter has been provided for you to use at your discretion.

Any public presentation of this data will not include names--individual people and their worlds will be assigned numbers instead, even in my notes. But to keep track of who belongs to what world, please include names on this for my benefit.

Brief description of your world: Since this world is our common denominator, please list major differences your world has to this one (except the absence of Pokemon). Does it have things like spirits, ghosts, witches, etc.? Are there creatures like unicorns, dragons, sprites, elves, etc.? Are you even from planet Earth? What is the most advanced form of technology that you are familiar with in your world? Go into as much detail as you like. If possible, please include the year you are from and any other differences between your world and most others that you can think of.
Brief description of your life: What socioeconomic class are you, do you live with your family, what climate is the place you live, would you describe your life as happy or sad, etc. (Note: details aren't required if you say you didn't like your life from before, but just saying whether you did or not could really be helpful.)
Circumstances surrounding your abduction: Did anything significant happen to you within a week of coming here? Did you notice anything strange about the people or world around you?
Your history here: Have you ever been here and gone back home before, and then if so, do you remember your time here and did you notice anything strange leading up to your arrival home?
Others from your world: Have you met anyone else from your world? If so, how many, what are their names, and if possible, provide a brief description of their personality and history.
Circumstances around arrivals from other people from your world: If you answered yes to the previous question, when did they arrive in relation to you? What is your relationship to them? Are they still here?
Circumstances around disappearances by other people from your world: If you knew someone from your world but they went away, can you think of anything strange leading up to it? Odd behavior, significant happenings, frequent accidents, anything like that.
Frequency of 'replacements': If you know someone from your world who has disappeared and then reappeared, how often has this happened? Do they remember this world or forget? Are they from different times, and if so, where is it in relation to you?

Age: I don’t think this matters. Seen all sorts of people here from every age.
How long you've been here: Less than a month
Brief description of your world: Planet earth. 7 continents, 4 oceans, and a lot of countries. Lot of people too. The year is 1989. I think we’re from the same world, so I’m not sure how much more detail you need.
Brief description of your life: I am a Regional Bureau Chief for the FBI. Most recently, I was in the state of Washington to reinstate a fellow agent. For the most part, I’m happy about my life.
Circumstances surrounding your abduction: I was able to hear someone. Without my hearing aids. Also, I had a delicious pie from the diner in Twin Peaks, Washington.
Your history here: People can go home and come back here?
Others from your world: Two people. Agents Dale Cooper and Albert Rosenfield. From what I’ve heard, you’ve met them.
Circumstances around arrivals from other people from your world: Both of them arrived before I did. I’m in charge of both of them. They work out of the same office I do back home. Both of them are still here as of a week ago.
Circumstances around disappearances by other people from your world: I have yet to observe this phenomenon here.
Frequency of 'replacements': Hasn’t happened here yet. Hoping it doesn’t.
